“My experience started with a frustrating delivery issue. However, I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Cole.
Due to an internal account error, my order was delayed and my items were not delivered as scheduled. Once Cole became involved, he took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to find the problem and rectify the situation. He kept me informed, tracked down the root issue, coordinated the resolution, and went far beyond what I would normally expect from customer service today. What could have been a 0 or 1 star experience completely turned around my perception of the company.”

I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The company delivered the wrong matress and never took away the pld matress as promised. Super dissapointed.

“I don’t know why we haven’t heard of this place before, but it is Wonderful! Chloe and Nicky helped us try out 3 different arrangements/versions of mattresses after my husband and I took a short questionnaire about preferences. We found a great mattress for our camper (our home one isn’t ready to be replaced, but we will certainly consider getting our next one there!)They’re made in Indiana! You have 30 days to try them, and if it isn’t right, not comfortable, they help you figure out how to change out a layer(not difficult) to get a better version! Very impressive and comfortable.”

Only issue was they charged me for not bringing the car back full which was not true as I filled it up less than a mile away from the facility. I emailed the manager Scott and he quickly resolved the situation. Truly would recommend renting from them again.”
