“Went to Mattress Firm on Sunday. Craig the store manager was very helpful. I have had 2 back surgeries both hips replaced and a knee replacement. Craig was understanding in what I wanted and needed for me to have a relaxing/peaceful sleep. I took a day to think what I want to purchase. Tuesday I returned and made my way over to the bed I chose. A few customers came in as I laid on the bed. I started messing with the remote for the platform and used the head and leg lift. Then I found the massage button. Long story short. I purchased that as well.I can't wait soon enough for it to be delivered.Bill”

“I worked with Britin on purchasing a new mattress on Friday. She made the process really easy and gave me all of the information on why I should deal with Mattress Firm vs. competitors. None of their competitors were able to provide a better price or terms (i.e. 120 day low price guarantee). The mattress I wanted was in stock and delivered just two business days later. As far as the competitors I compared against, I dealt with one competitor that has a logo with a big A in it, who provided the worst offer. On top of that, they were just generally rude. Not impressed. Another that starts with K and rhymes with vittles. They were close, and super good to deal with, but still came in about 10% more overall. All in all, I feel like I got the best offer I could have. I've never purchased from Mattress Firm before, but I'm pretty sure they're the only ones I'll purchase mattresses from in the future.”

“We went in without any intention of purchasing a mattress in store, only wanted to test some out and get an idea of what we were looking for before buying one online as it was our first time purchasing one ourselves. Tyler (?) (I think that's his name) was so helpful in answering all of our questions, and made recommendations when asked but mostly let us wander and didn't press. We found a matress we both liked and found out they offer a 120 day trial with delivery and pickup if necessary, and decided to go for it. He walked us through the whole process of purchasing and made everything super easy. Will update this once we receive the mattress and try it out.”

“During my Oct. 2023 visit, the customer service at the Castleton location was very good! Charlene greeted me and offered to help as soon as I walked in. Several other associates offered their assistance as I walked through the floor room. Both Charlene and Eric spent a long time with me in the rug gallery and were very patient answering all of my questions and looking through a huge variety of options. Eric was especially knowledgeable on the different rug inventory and taught me a lot about the different types of rugs. Their patience and willingness to show me different rugs from different angles and in different lights to help me make my decision went above and beyond!”
