“Phil was great! He was very patient with me as I was looking for a bed. I had my toodler with me and he did great explaining everything, telling me about reviews on certain beds, etc. I was indecisive and Phil helped me narrow down the beds in my budget. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy something out of my budget. Thank you Phil for great customer service.”

“Dustin and 'Cat' were super friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained thoroughly, from the difference in mattresses to financing, if needed. It seems a decent mattress can cost an arm and half a leg nowadays! We went with the BeautyRest Black Series III. Commissioned sales but never once felt pressured.👌🏾”

I received numerous email notifications prior to delivery, to advise me on what I ordered, how to prepare for my delivery, and when to expect delivery. Delivery team was prompt, well versed on setting up my purchase , and were very polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend Mattress Firms product and their well trained teams. “I don’t know why we haven’t heard of this place before, but it is Wonderful! Chloe and Nicky helped us try out 3 different arrangements/versions of mattresses after my husband and I took a short questionnaire about preferences. We found a great mattress for our camper (our home one isn’t ready to be replaced, but we will certainly consider getting our next one there!)They’re made in Indiana! You have 30 days to try them, and if it isn’t right, not comfortable, they help you figure out how to change out a layer(not difficult) to get a better version! Very impressive and comfortable.”

“We had a great experience with Snooze! I specifically told my husband we weren’t going to buy anything walking in. But, Gloria was so kind and low pressure, the mattresses were so comfortable and Gloria found us a discount that made our purchase cheaper than buying online would have been. We’re very happy with our purchase and if we need any more mattresses we’ll be headed straight back.”

I'm glad they got my items to me sooner than expected ,, but I had to call into work since they didn't abide by the schedule . Other than that , everything else went amazingly !!!”

“Cezar was super nice, and helpful. Everything was extremely well priced. I picked the queen I liked most, and it was only like $250 after tax. Went and got all new bedding afterwards cuz I ended up spending like half of what I thought I would in the bed. Cezar also helped me strap the bed to the roof of my car. Thanks!”
