“I tried to call the local office, but only reach the main 800 line. I wanted to speak to a supervisor to say THANK YOU because our mail carrier is so kind. He's always here around the same time every day and my kids LOVE saying hello. If my kids hear him, they run to the door. He left a Christmas card in our mailbox. We made him some cookies and he wrote a thank you note. He's just such a kind person and we are grateful he is our mail carrier.”
“The friendly ladies and sometimes gentlemen at the front desk are a delight to work with, and they are a reflection of all the hard-working folks at this post office. In my experience, everyone at this post office works hard to do what can be done to make sure mail is handled with care and in a timely manner.”
“This place is the best Brittany Freeland is awesome! I have been going to this post office for quite some time in the last few weeks I was going in there to deliver things and there was two other females in there they was not all that friendly they actually didn’t know how to help pack things and they was telling everybody about their issues nobody wants to hear all that! “I have shipped boxes from this location and have been told the least expensive ways to do it, even to the point of unpacking and repacking boxes in the lobby. I am an older person and staff has always been super helpful and patient with me and saved me money, which I needed.”
“This office was very helpful and quick, I just moved from Florida, and this was the wrong office I needed to check my address change. Everyone was very helpful, The Manger especially he went above and beyond to help me. the old lady and the other Latin looking girl tried to help, but they sent me to the manger. He looks overwhelm working with lazy staff. He had a helpful and welcoming demeanor. This office had better energy then the one in Speedway.”
“It is one way road. Arrived 11:15 for 11:30 appointment. For shipping and receiving first check-in near dock 142, behind the building 7451 on the left. Then go to door near dock 120, in front of the building.
People are nice and polite. Regular USPS controlled chaos.”

HOWEVER..... there's been numerous times I've seen people chew the postal workers out for something the customer themselves have done wrong. They've ALWAYS handed it with professionalism.”
