“This is one of the few United States Post offices that I've been to where the employees are all friendly! The line moves quickly, and they're great about noticing and taking care of folks like me who are just dropping off packages.”

“I tried to call the local office, but only reach the main 800 line. I wanted to speak to a supervisor to say THANK YOU because our mail carrier is so kind. He's always here around the same time every day and my kids LOVE saying hello. If my kids hear him, they run to the door. He left a Christmas card in our mailbox. We made him some cookies and he wrote a thank you note. He's just such a kind person and we are grateful he is our mail carrier.”

“Want to publicly thank Rico for going the extra mile in getting my package to me!! He took the time to track down my package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong address and drove to retrieve it and personally deliver it to me.”

“I love this post office. They are always polite, leave my packages on the porch when when they fit in the mail box. Although everyone I've met through the past office has been good my mail lady Carol has proven time and time again she is willing to go out of her way to help.”

“Great service, especially from Kesia. She walked me thru my shipping options, helped me choose a quick and cost-effective choice, told me what to expect, helped me package my item, and did so quickly, with absolute professionalism, and very courteously. Thank you!!”

“Went above and beyond ensuring my shrimp got to me on time and alive. The person who mailed them to me didn't mark them as live animals and didn't pay postage so I was surprised when I got a knock on the door and a notice. I didn't have cash on me at the time but I drove to the post office and had it paid right away and mentioned the situation. The kind lady went above and beyond by calling the driver and requesting she deliver it again now that it's paid for. Both the lady at the office and the driver were very kind and understanding. 9/12 shrimp survived and are thriving in their new aquarium, thank you ladies so much! Attached is a photo of some shrimps that survived the journey.”

“I have shipped boxes from this location and have been told the least expensive ways to do it, even to the point of unpacking and repacking boxes in the lobby. I am an older person and staff has always been super helpful and patient with me and saved me money, which I needed.”

“This office was very helpful and quick, I just moved from Florida, and this was the wrong office I needed to check my address change. Everyone was very helpful, The Manger especially he went above and beyond to help me. the old lady and the other Latin looking girl tried to help, but they sent me to the manger. He looks overwhelm working with lazy staff. He had a helpful and welcoming demeanor. This office had better energy then the one in Speedway.”

“I don't know why this post office has such a low rating. I've honestly received some of the best service and most friendly smiles from the staff on the counter. I used to sell on ebay quite a bit and found their self checkout kiosk to be extremely convenient, as its available in the lobby after hours and is stocked with boxes. During the holidays, they have the hours, including passport photos posted on the doors. While I was there shipping presents to family, there were plenty of supplies on hand to assist in preparing packages. All options were clearly outlined, and my priority postage chosen got my gifts to Oregon and Arkansas on Christmas eve. Their post office boxes are available in multiple sizes and the lobby is well lit. The drive up mailboxes are clearly marked with pick up times so you can drop your outgoing mail without getting out of your car. Maybe its the fact that my step dad was a mail carrier, but these folks keep on pushing despite the decline in snail mail popularity. As the song goes, 'No matter if its rain or snow, the mail must go through'! We need to appreciate the service that's provided and often taken for granted.”
