“Jakes was awesome when it came to repairing my cracked bumper. I am a college student and needed my car for the rest of the semester. They ordered my part (and found and a promo deal on it!!), and kept it until I was done with the semester. They communicated with me and kept following up on my appointments and worked around changes my schedule. They we super fair and honest with the pricing, and I felt respected and informed. My car was done in less than 48 hours (when they told me three days), and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend Jake's, and I thank them for all of their help!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
51 Hornaday Rd, Brownsburg IN 46112
“My experience renting a truck from this location was great. Moving is stressful enough. The people I spoke to on the phone and interacted with at the counter were friendly and helpful. They alleviated some of the stress by making my truck rental so much easier to do. Since this location is a gas station, it was that much easier to return the truck because they stayed open longer and we were able to add gas there. The truck itself was fine for what we needed it for. The price is also very reasonable. I will definitely rent a truck from this place again.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
5249 East Main Street, Avon IN 46123
“I was very happy with the vehicle and the service, though there is a potential problem that I think might be worth mentioning. After signing the contract and receiving the keys, I received a text message with a link so I could use my camera to document the condition of the vehicle prior to taking it off the lot. That's good, because it prevents the customer from getting blamed for any damage that occurred before the customer took possession. The problem is, I didn't see that text message until after I had gotten it home. I did take it upon myself to do a walk around, in case there was any pre-existing damage. If I saw anything, I would have reported it immediately. Because this was a fairly new vehicle, I couldn't find a dent or a scratch anywhere. If someone had vandalized the vehicle ten minutes before I showed up, and I didn't think to report it, I might have gotten blamed for it. This would be a tragic outcome, for both the business and the customer. I do believe making sure every customer is aware of the link before handing them the keys would be a wise move. It is also worth considering that not everyone has a smart phone. I'm not sure how that would be handled.”
