Pet Grooming

Smoochie Pooch
2159 N Oak Dr Ste 1, PlymouthMy poodle Maizy loves going to Smoochie Pooch. The groomers treat her so affectionately and she is never traumatized when I arrive to pick her up. I love that I can schedule an appointment at my convenience rather than drop off early in the morning and wait. Kudos to Karissa for a great summer cut!

Unique Pet Boutique & Grooming
2011 N Michigan St, PlymouthI stopped in to ask about a specific brand of cat treats, as my elderly cat has a sensitive stomach and the owner immediately looked into them and shortly after ordered some for me. (My cat LOVES THEM)
The groomers themselves are always so kind and have always done a fantastic job with my grandparents' dogs, I cannot recommend them enough!

Pet Care

Seven Oaks Veterinary Clinic
2664 N Oak Dr, PlymouthSeven oaks genuinely cares about their patients and they take good care of them. Dr Culp is so knowledgeable and makes the extra effort to give the best care possible. The techs and front staff are very caring and kind. I always leave feeling that we have received the best care possible. I also think their pricing is fair and reasonable. They discuss options and pricing up front so I know the cost. They are great and I am glad to have them care for my pets.

Their drinks are really good, I got the white strawberry mocha and it was so delicious 😋. Really cozy and nice environment 😌 very peaceful, definitely going back again and again. Drinks were not that expensive about starbucks price but still, very worth it for the quality and taste. Employees were very welcoming and nice, you will want to buy everything so make sure you bring your wallet lol.

Other

Marshall County Humane Society
11165 13th Rd, PlymouthI just adopted a kitty from MCHS. She had come in with a cold in a large group of cats rescued from a hoarding situation. MCHS did a spectacular job of making sure that she got veterinary care, getting her tested for FELV/FIV and getting her spayed as well as treatment for her upper respiratory infection. They were willing to make an appointment for me for 4 days out to come see her, while other shelters refused to do this. Hannah was even willing to come and open up for me to see her while the shelter was closed. Hannah was a delight to talk to and deal with. The shelter is clean and the animals well taken care of. The adoption fee is more than reasonable at $40 for a cat. Please help support this shelter either by adopting or donations. My sweet girl that I adopted is likely still alive because of their good care.
Edit
One day after adopting my kitty she had a medical emergency. I was fully prepared to have her treated at my Veterinarians office, but contacted the shelter. MCHS took her to their clinic where she was treated at no cost to me. For anyone on these reviews saying they don't care about the animals, it is untrue. They had my kitty treated for me while not legally obligated to do so but did so because they felt it was right. Please support this shelter!
