After a really upsetting experience with our previous groomer (who refused to groom my dog even though she had been going there for years), I was honestly worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone willing to work with my elderly, diabetic dog.
Then I found Paige — and I’m so grateful I did. Sadie immediately liked her and didn’t give her any trouble going into the back, which never happens. You can tell right away that Paige truly loves dogs and treats them with patience and care.
Sadie looks absolutely fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Sadie approved — and so do I!

Sudzy Puppy Grooming Salon
3326 Portage Avenue, South BendI drive a half hour (one way) every few weeks to get my dogs' nails trimmed by Jolene, and have been doing so for years. I literally pass other grooming salons to go to Sudzy Puppy, because they are that good.
Our dogs aren't great and can get a little anxious/aggressive getting their nails trimmed. Jolene handles them so well and makes it as good of an experience as it can be with them.
I can't recommend Sudzy Puppy enough!

6751 IN-931, South BendThe decision to put down my best friend of 10 years was the hardest think I think I've ever done in my short 29 years on this planet. Dr. Ankrom was amazing. She explained everything very well and understood where we were at. Her and the support from all the rest of the staff was incredible. Nothing but kindness and love was given to my baby in his last moments. Also, partnering with Palmer across the street made getting him cremated fast and stress free while we mourn. His ashes were ready to be picked up in less than 24hrs from the time we left their facility. I couldn't have asked for a better support through this. All I have to say is thank you to every single person that was there for us and our baby boy yesterday.

My female dogs were spayed there. My cat also received great care for an injury to his tail; they even took X-rays. The prices were good. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and quick, making checking in and out very easy, and answering all our annoying questions about the area. The bartender was amazing and delightful, as was the gentleman at the starbucks. Overall, this has to be one of the best hotels in the area. A big thank you to you all for making our stay so pleasant.

Although there was an initial mixup with the triple dip, it was corrected. I can't tell you how happy we are that the goat cheese is back!! Our meal was delicious as always; our server was excellent (Ashley, I believe?). I can always count on BRU Burger!

521 Eclipse Place, South BendA MILLION thank you’s to the lady officer who came to help the strays that I feed who had gotten injured. Although they aren’t mine, after feeding them for weeks and spending time with them, I care just as much if they are hurt as my very own cats. I originally called for one cat, but the officer quickly noticed my other outside friend was unfixed and also had a foot injury I had been trying to mend. She said she could take him too, to get fixed and treated and I was so grateful! She scooped both of them up with professionalism and care. I didn’t know you could do that all at once.
