The staff are very accommodating, special shoutout to Josie. She answered all our questions and offered suggestions, if needed. They staff in the whole store are very friendly, too.

Great customer service and was quick. Went to upgrade my phone on my lunch hour after ordering online and lady had everything ready and together for me. Told me how to send my old phone back and i was in and out .

stopped by at&t yesterday and had a great experience from gaylen. was greeted when i came in, explained my discount and offers, was patient, and didn’t bounce between customers. I was in and out and i’m pleased with the overall customer service .
