I visited the the Portage, IN store and Nathan Starkey displayed the best customer service I have received in a long time. Nathan was very knowledgeable and courteous. Whoever trained this young man should be applauded. I thought about going to T-Mobile, but I’m going to stay with AT&T because of this young man.

Stopped in on 5/20/26 my old phone finally went out on me. Allen help me to upgrade to a new phone he was very helpful and made transition very easy thank you!
