“Dave is amazing! We had an emergency were the rim bearings went out in my passenger front tire. They took us in despite being backed up with work. We were on our way home to Michigan when the emergency happened and they just were so hospitable and kind. They took us in and repaired it all in about a half hour. Thank you for everything!”

“Brought my new car in for an oil change, just bought a Subaru here so made sense to come to their shop for any maintenance needing done. And I’ll definitely never go anywhere else now that I’ve been there. Literally just pull up to their garage and they pull you in outside of the snow, where you can leave your vehicle to check in. which I thought was awesome. Check in was quick as possible. Walked across the street to grab some fast food, and as I came back less than 20 minutes later, they were already pulling my car out and had the keys/paperwork ready for me. All super nice and absolutely efficient about getting you back on the road. It’s a bit of a drive from my house too but I already know between how quick they are and the quality of the service, it’s well worth the 30 minute additional drive to get thereService: General repairs & maintenance”

“Needed a new battery. Called a few places and Firestone was the only one with a good battery for my car. Called and the front desk said to come on in. Waited on a couple of cars and they installed my battery. I had a squeak that wasn't fixed at the dealership. The front desk said it might be something other than what the dealership thought. Told me his top mechanic could check it out. They used a coupon that saved me some money for the baty. I went home and called to have them check on my squeak. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them.”

“Took vehicle in for a front end alignment and technicians doing job found that that 2 of my tires were NOT balanced and rebalanced my tires that I had installed 2 days prior. Would return for any future repairs needed on my 2014 Equinox.
Also took my 2016 Ford Edge Titanium in for new tires and tire air pressure sensors and a 4 wheel and found very little wrong with alignment after new tires installed. Great price on the new tires and tire pressure sensors and they beat Discount Tires quote. Thank to my advisor Dave and the technicians who worked on my vehicles.”
