“My insurance covered a rental while my car was in the shop right next door at M & S. Great location and super convenient to have these business right beside each other. I had a great experience at Enterprise Valparaiso. I called two weeks before my appointment to set a reservation. The morning of my reservation Shandi quickly got me set up with a fantastic car, very little wait time and everyone was super friendly. Checking the car back in there was a small line, so I went next door first and got my regular car back before turning in the rental keys. Again, super convenient! Overall, this was much less stressful than other rental experiences I've had.
My only issue during the rental: I did get an alert when I started the car the next morning that the oil needed to be changed (0% oil life). I called Enterprise right away and they looked up the last oil change which had been completed recently. They said JiffyLube must have forgotten to reset the oil life so I took care of that. They offered me another vehicle if I wasn't comfortable, which was appreciated. I was happy enough with the car I was given and it operated well with no issues for the two weeks I had it.”
