“I don't know what everyone is complaining about. They were super nice when I checked in and were nice when I checked out as well. I had a great experience with them.”
“People were GREAT! I dropped off car but i needed to get back to my truck/new job. My wife was in truck waiting for me. We came all the way from NY. Big hearts...they got me a ride 10 miles away to get back to my wife. Avis answered the call to help a human out! I got to my wife she was crying cause it took me so long. Still driving for the company. Thank guys from bottom of our hearts! God Bless. Thank you Paul”
“After a horrible experience at Enterprise Budget saved the day! I was in a 4 cylinder front wheel drive car from Enterprise, I'm in NW Indiana so you know that is not going to work. I called Budget, told him what I needed and they did not disappoint!! Not only all wheel drive but fully loaded! Not what I expected! Thank you Budget for getting me back to work safely this week!!”

“Good fast service, i was in and out. They gave me a nice mazda cx 50 which was perfect for my road trip. Great experience. Had pay extra because i didn't have a credit card but they refunded my money.”

“I dropped off a rental car at this location during a weekend I had some unfortunate car troubles while I was traveling out of state. The staff was very professional and friendly, and they helped to make an otherwise stressful time much easier for me. Special shoutout to Camille (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) for giving me a ride to pick up my car at the shop a couple miles away. I really appreciated my experience here, and would come back again if I were in town and needed a car.”
