“We found ourselves at the Portage BMV trying to get a driver’s license for a new driver. We thought we had everything but apparently we were supposed to print a certificate from the driving school that was emailed to us. The BMV couldn’t/wouldn’t use one of their dozen printers so we went down to the UPS store . The manager printed a copy and wouldn’t allow me to pay. She also sweetly told my daughter to be safe on the roads. Very refreshing and much appreciated!!”

I live in Holland, MI and our UPS stores here are a cluttered mess! The team at this Valparaiso store is delivering good ole fashioned customer service. Bravo!!”
