“Upon entering this store, the staff immediately welcomed me, cheerfully. I stopped in my tracks in awe of how clean and orderly the store was. I live in Holland, MI and our UPS stores here are a cluttered mess! The team at this Valparaiso store is delivering good ole fashioned customer service. Bravo!!”
“Tina, the store manager, has the patience of a saint! She was helping another customer (who ended up being rude and disrespectful) and me at the same time. Apparently, the other customer had emailed a print job to the store and was impatient and irate. She ended up pulling out her phone and streaming/videoing Tina as she worked and then was apparently mocking Tina after each exchange. I would have tossed the customer out instantly, but Tina kept trying to work with her and did an expert job of hiding any annoyance with said customer. I finally spoke up and told the other customer to stop being rude. The customer was then abusive to me and Tina asked her to leave. The customer asked to speak to the manager and turns out, Tina is the manager! Good riddance to that Karen!”
“I really like this store, I go there anytime i need something printed, faxed.. I'm not vert smart when it comes to technology especially computers, they are always friendly, patient on helping me get what I need done. I like their hrs also! Just wish the prices wasn't so expensive
for the store products.”

“We found ourselves at the Portage BMV trying to get a driver’s license for a new driver. We thought we had everything but apparently we were supposed to print a certificate from the driving school that was emailed to us. The BMV couldn’t/wouldn’t use one of their dozen printers so we went down to the UPS store . The manager printed a copy and wouldn’t allow me to pay. She also sweetly told my daughter to be safe on the roads. Very refreshing and much appreciated!!”
