The super rude Spanish speaking person explained the confusion there, he told me you have two options, return the phone or go back to your old company, I felt so miserable and sad with what he told me, I never go there anymore

While everything worked out in the end. I had to call to get the QR code sent to me to finish the set up with the eSIM. I figured out that I needed to remove the old SIM card as well that was no longer active. The store I visited prior said both of those things didn’t need to happen and in my case did. Luckily I didn’t need my phone over the weekend as the process took 24-48 hrs to complete as my previous carrier was Metro PCs and they a release pin etc to transfer an existing number.

Absolutely horrible in-store customer service. I have never met such rude, unhelpful employees anywhere. I literally called Verizon customer service from their parking lot & was helped immediately & profusely apologized to. Judging by the sheer number of bad reviews for this location, I'm sure this review will also fall upon deaf ears. As a "loyal customer for 15yrs" I'm ready to take my business elsewhere.

Portage Verizon have the rudest employees I've ever encountered in any business. Have had Verizon wireless for 20 yrs. May change providers just because of them.

Bought a phone and the process was quick and easy. The staff were super friendly and willing to help with all of my questions, they had a few people and there was a wait, wasn't long as they were helping people that were there before me efficiently as possible. This team knew what they were doing and I fully appreciate that.

The salesman his name D. Was un helpful in all ways. Basically the typical salesman doesn't care about the customers only his pay check ?. So my family went to the munster Indiana store and spoke with Omar which he was very professional about everything he knew his products very well. It turns out he was the manager and informed us that what D from the portage store said was very much INCORRECT!.So needless to say if you want great customer service and someone who knows what he's talking about then go see Omar at the munster store he'll take care of you.

I am not going to go into details, but Ihave sent my parents into this locationtwice and they lack customerservice.... but seeing all the otherreviews it looks like we are not the onlyones who is getting this service. This isa business that is a communication andworking with other HUMANS with thatbeing said maybe there needs to be aclean up of management's and class ona little bit of friendliness with helpingthe customers at this location
