“Wonderful group to take your car too. I had a major evap leak code on my car. I took it in & Matt & his guys did a smoke test & nothing was escaping. After several hours of unhooking & re hooking back up parts the code was gone so they figured a connection was loose & that was the issue. They gave me a break on the cost of the smoke test & I was good to go. After 300 miles of driving no more service engine soon alerts & I am getting 30 miles a gallon out of a 2010 car. So so happy. They could have said parts needed replaced & I would not have know the difference. These guys are so honest & upfront. Love them.”

“We took my mom’s van here. They did a great job with replacing the fuel pump, wires and all the other things they replaced and fixed( I’m not a mechanic and I don’t know everything that they did). “The issue with my 24 Denali HD was not a major fault but was an annoyance. The technicians at stoops took the time to listen to me and understand what I had done to try and diagnose the problem I was experiencing with my campers lights and, the warnings I was getting on the infotainment screen.
Although the test device showed no trouble, the technician went the extra mile and found the problem.
I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go to Stoops.”

“Shipping us one thing which they have to control on. As for grading them please explain how that's possible when you just now get their product. Don't you think you should be asking this 3 to 6 months from now ? After all at this point it's all about the shipping which they had no hand in. “The 2 guys that I dealt with the 2x that I was there were very polite, friendly, respectful, patient, courteous. They explained things to about my vehicle and the things that were wrong with it and what steps I needed to take to fix it right. First time I was there was to get a front end alignment and they done it for me. The 2nd time I was there I thought I needed to have the front end alignment checked again but it was my tire that was bad and then the tire sensor was bad corroded, ready to fall off. But I'm very pleased about the service that I received from them. I would recommend them to others. Here is my tire that they replaced.”
“Had a couple tires mounted and balanced for my class A motor home. Slight problem feel tires weren't balanced right I'm sure they will make it right sometime this week.”
“We bought a car from JC on February 27th, drove it home, and then went to pick our son up and we started having some issues. We stopped and had the codes read and based off of the codes that were present I ordered parts to repair the car myself due to having an as is, no warranty car. Upon putting the replacement parts on the car I took it for a test drive. On said test drive the transmission lines blew off and the car wouldn’t move at all. That was on a Saturday. I called JC on Monday and talked to him. He told me that he would come and get the car, look at it and fix it as well as split the cost of repairs with me. Well when he got the car there were some more things wrong with the engine than were expected. Main bearings saw some heat and looked like they were on their last leg. He could have just fixed the transmission and sent us on our merry way. No. He fixed it right. He replaced the engine. JC stuck to his word and split the cost of the repair 50/50 with me. He worked with me and I worked with me. My wife and I greatly appreciate him for that. We picked the car up today and it’s driving very well.”
