He recommeded a great towing company and stayed late for the tow truck to arrive with our vehicle, and looked at it immediately and charged us very reasonably. “Easy 5 star review. Owner goes above and beyond for customers in my experience. Had a starter issue so I called to schedule a time for them to work on my truck. I went Monday morning bright and early before they were even open so I could drop the truck off and put keys in drop box, as I was about to fill out the drop off slip the side door opens and out comes the owner. I told him I was there to drop off my truck he asked if I was waiting on a ride and asked if I wanted to sit inside in the AC and I told him I was walking back to my house that it wasn't too far and thats when he offered to give me a ride home. On the ride I told him I work nights and that I'd call when I woke up to see if they were able to fix it that day and he said that was fine. I called like I said and the starter didn't make it in that day but he went out of his way to give me a loaner car to take to work. Not only did he give me a loaner car he also came and picked me up so I could get the loaner car. Definitely some of the best customer service I've had.”

They have always take care of me right away, then exactly whatever was quoted, give me a time frame and work with my schedule, and if have something important going on they have always fit me in and shifted other things around if able. I had my car taking in before a trip to Chicago for work and was told my shocks needed replaced and they fit me in and got it done within 2 days so I could still make my business trip because he wasn't going to let me drive with my car like that because it was too dangerous. They really care about their customers safety and well-being. I can't say enough good things and tell everyone I know to their car to Rule. Absolutely phenomenal.”
