“I want to recognize an amazing staff member, Scarlett H. I'm not sure which branch she works at, so I'm leaving this review for all Natco Credit Union locations.
I called very close to closing time because of my work schedule and had several questions. One of my questions wasn't even time-sensitive, and I offered to call back another day, but Scarlett understood that my job makes it difficult to call during normal business hours. She took the time to address all of my questions and needs without rushing me.
She was patient, kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. She even took the time to explain how texting the bank's number works and showed me ways to handle certain banking tasks more easily in the future.
Customer service like hers is rare, and I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Even though I no longer live close to any Natco branch, the outstanding service and the way their staff treats members is what has kept me a member for many years.
I would highly recommend Natco Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that genuinely cares about its members, and I especially want to thank Scarlett H. for going above and beyond.”
