“Getting my auto loan was so easy. I went online and filled out an application and later that day I was approved. Kelly was and is amazing to work with. She if very prompt in getting back with me any time I email or call her. My payments were set up bi-weekly to correspond with pay day which works best for me. “Only reason I give this bank a 5 is simply because of the workers. Their Loan officers are absolutely horrible. When my wife and I tried getting a mortgage in 2019 they told us we didn't make enough combined for even a 50k loan. I got a 75k loan by myself from First Financial with amazing interest rate. I tried to consolidate some debt and even put my car as collateral (2016 civic) and all they wanted to give me was 4k. I went online and got 9.5k at 7% with nothing as collateral. This bank really doesn't offer any benefits. All that being said the people who you deal with on a day to day are wonderful. Abby deserves a million stars and she absolutely is the reason I'm giving them a 5. Anything else about this bank? No, go find somewhere else.”

“You have to have an appointment to go inside any of the Richmond U.S. Bank Branches. The wait times in the drive thru are longer than before with the inside closed to daily access. Many people send in more than one transaction at a time when their turn comes, businesses & personal accounts alike, which can also cause delays. Having your ID ready to send in with your transaction will help move things along faster. So many things have changed due to Covid-19. Let's all be gracious with the people coming out to work in the community to help keep things going.”

I've dealt with the bank for years. I have never experienced a single instance of poor service. “All these negative reviews I just don’t see it! I opened up a new account this week I went in on Friday and made a deposit, no monitors facing the street like other people say. There was no waiting. I walked right up to the desk spoke with Farah. She was amazing! Everyone was very kind, pleasant and professional. I even got her personal number and email address, no issues whatsoever.”
