“Let me preface by saying I would never drive to Richmond to visit a Menards unless I absolutely had to. I bought clearance flooring at the Muncie and Fishers Menards and did not realize I hadn't bought enough until the installation process. Being a clearance item, it was soon to be discontinued. The clerk in Muncie located more for me at Richmond so I promptly bought it over the phone and drove to Menards in Richmond where they loaded it into my car for me. The store layout was slightly different but functional. The parking lot out front kinda sucks. This is a quality that they share with the Muncie store, but the overall transaction and service were exceptional. Picked up a couple of collapsible saw horses while there and some total vegetation control poison for landscaping.”
“This store has AMAZING costumer service. I had purchased several items and didn't realize they were broken til I got home and they exchanged them with zero hassle. Employees are kind and helpful(one sweet lady(I think kathy) usually gives my boys a sucker) Prices are affordable. Insider Track Club is totally worth it too. Store is always clean and organized. If something is out of stock on the shelf, just ask if they have more in the back and they'll look it up because sometimes there's more.”
“Super helpful and knowledgeable. Me and my friend were doing some amateur plumbing, we cut a pipe out of my basement without a real plan for what came next. We went in with the mangled pipe and they lined up exactly what we needed to replace it. Ended up being a very affordable job.”

I also want to thank carter, who went above and beyond to cut the plywood . So that I could manage it.
