“No issues to report. Everything was flawless. Equipment performed beautifully. Max was excellent on multiple occasions! 5 stars from Richmond West staff.
Only thing is, I wash the trailers had rings throughout (high, middle, low), or the side rail holes were big enough for ratchet strap hooks. (Who uses rope to tie things down?)”
“I used Richmond Storage Facility for short-term storage (3 mo) as I was moving across state from Richmond for work. The managers were easy to contact, kind, and helped me set up quickly. The facility itself was also clean, easy to use, and had air-tight storage with doors that can be opened and closed without excessive force. Access to the site is done digitally— you do not need to meet an owner on site to begin service. If you are being reimbursed for a move, they also allow have convenient pdf downloads for receipts!”

“Love the 24hr access and the super convenient locations. I appreciate the security including the recently upgraded pin entry access at gate. I feel safe with the well placed lighting surrounding the units. Price is very reasonable and I’m thrilled to be able to have autopay set thru this company so there is no worries of late payments or forfeiture of belongings. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area. Thank you for keeping my belongings safe through tough times. ❤️”
“My experience was so good! I’ve used storage facilities before and have never dealt with someone so friendly and helpful. Assistant Manager Jessica was so wonderful. Jessica was super friendly and made my experience easy. She was amazing to talk to. Definitely showed she cared about her job and took pride in it. The facility was clean and it was easy to find my unit. Fair pricing. 100/10 would recommend using this facility to store your personal belongings, etc.”

“Great service. I got there a few minutes before closing with a towing ball problem, after driving for 1000 miles and having another 700 to go i wanted to make sure it was not a problem. Jordan was there and he did everything he could to help me figure it out, we ended up replacing a failing tow hitch with ball. he helped take off a 6x12 trailer that was full and very heavy and replaced with a new hitch and ball. Ended up staying about 30 minutes after closing time to make sure i was back on the road safely. Great help. 5 stars.”
