“I went there to get my oil changed. I could not go to the place I normally go this week, because of my work schedule. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to do it, because there was other people ahead of me. My Dad gave me a gift card for a free oil change that he got at a car show. What I did not know was that the guy put me down for a synthetic oil change, and the gift card was for a standard oil change. I was originally going to be charged $72! The guy who finished with me called his boss to see if they would accept it for a synthetic. He came back and said they would do it this time. I was happy. If I am ever in a schedule pinch, I know where to go.”
