“Had a fuel problem with my truck heading back to Dayton Ohio was recommended to their shop. Great service. They got me in. Got my truck diagnosed Got me back on the road within two hours.”
“We got a flat tire on I-70 during a road trip, and the a lug nut torqued and snapped a wheel stud putting on the spare. We had trouble finding anyone who could help, we were incredibly grateful to find this shop.
Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Even though they were clearly very busy, they made time to get us in, fixed the problem quickly, and had us safely back on the road before we knew it. Their prices were more than fair, especially considering they rescued us from what could have been a trip-ending situation.
The waiting area was small but comfortable, and they even welcomed our dog inside with us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made an already stressful day so much easier.
It’s rare to find a business that combines great customer service, honest pricing, and quality work so effortlessly. We can’t thank them enough for getting us back on the road safely. If you’re anywhere nearby and need tire or wheel service, don’t hesitate to come here…you’ll be in excellent hands.”
“Quick, competent, caring service when my vehicle wouldn't start as I finished a grocery shopping trip. I have never been to Car Care but called on recommendation of a friend. I will be back! Thank you, Xavier!”
“My Wife got our car stuck in the mud, and Prebco answered the call!....They dispatched Brad, who arrived quickly and got it winched out with no damage....Very proffessional service. Thank you very much!!!”
“Larkin-Cobb is the paragon of technical competence and customer relations. Trust them to do the right thing and communicate openly. They always follow through appropriately.”
“I've had the shop run diagnostic on my vehicle twice both times they have found and fixed the issue they did keep the car a little longer than anticipated but that's okay. They seem like a good group of guys at the Oxford location I would use their services again”
“The workers here are absolutely amazing. I know literally nothing about cars, and they always take the time to explain things to me. I’ve been to other mechanics who take advantage of my ignorance to charge me a fortune. I will ALWAYS bring my car here!!!”
