One word, Kurtis!! I was dreading going there on a Saturday, during this time of year so I called ahead to make sure they could print what I needed. Kurtis answered and was friendly and really listened to make sure he was answering all my questions correctly. When I arrived there was a line out the door. I spotted the one gentleman working so I waited in his line assuming it was Kurtis. Thankfully it was! He came around the counter, patiently helping me get my prints right. I kept apologizing because I felt I was tieing him up, or putting him behind but he assured me that it was no problem! I felt rushed or like a burden. I felt like it mattered to him that I get the proper prints. During the holidays as a retail worker, you’re putting in long hours, missing time with your own family, while dealing with grumpy folks that are impatient and entitled. I done it for 10+yrs and you just know it comes with the job. The majority of customers take zero of that into consideration, so I just wanted to take a few minutes to let The UPS Store know that I 100% appreciated Kurtis on Saturday!! He was the kindest person I had the pleasure of dealing with that weekend out of all the places I went. His superiors should be grateful that they have such a great fella working for them!! PLEASE let Kurtis know that I definitely noticed (and appreciated) his kind spirit, knowledge of the job \\u0026 his God given PATIENCE!! Sometimes a few (or many lol) kind words go a long way!

Update: I used the Kohl's drop off Amazon return service today. They will give you a 20% in store coupon. Much better service than this store. Poor experience with this store. They told me I needed to purchase a bubble wrap package to put my item it in the Amazon return box. Amazon instructions said I could just drop it off at the store and they would put it in a larger box to be shipped to Amazon. I am not going to pay extra money to ship my package back to Amazon as it's already being paid for by Amazon. I instead purchased a mailer from Walmart for $1.50. Next time I will use the Khols drop off option for Amazon return. Avoid the store and you will save yourself money, time, and frustration.

2 days in a row I got a "sorry we missed you notice" but I had been sleeping on my couch and never heard anyone knock. The third day I laid there and watched the man simply place a 3rd notice on my door WITHOUT KNOCKING. So I ran out the door and chased him down and told him to give me my packages! This was a bunkbed set for my 5 year old son and he wasn't even going to attempt to actually deliver it! Then he complained about my dog barking INSIDE my house. They never touched foot outside or near him he was just down right LAZY! This is not ok! Find better people to work for your company.

Avoid this privately owned copy shop / UPS sub contractor. 1. They are terribly expensive. All of their "services" are way overpriced.2. They have policies that are tailored to take advantage of people who are in a time crunch, or may be unaware of other alternatives.I have had to use them twice in two years.I will NEVER use them again except in an emergency.

I have had 2 times when I returned stuff thru UPS where the items weren’t received to the vendors they were sent back to. I would go thru the post office or a return thru Kohls with no problem. Will not use them unless I have to in the future. Not sure what the problem is but unacceptable ??

This was the worst experience I have had in a store. On 10/19/22 I took a box I wanted to send to my grandson in Ohio. I reused a chewy box and was treated like trash because it USED to have a hazardous materials label on it. No questions, no offers to fix it, no nothing. Just we can't ship that. Felt like the blonde was saying "go away and leave me alone". Will never use UPS for anything again. She should be fired.

Lady was absolutely disrespectful. She acted like a few of my Amazon returns was going to kill her to do her job. Her attitude definitely needs to be readjusted and made aware she is giving off an awful not welcoming vibe. I believe her name was Michelle. Long blonde hair and a strong Resting BF.

If only I could give a zero - worst customer service experience I have received in a long time from a UPS Store and I go to them a lot. Front cashier should be retrained in her people skills - no hello, no thank u, totally acted like we were unconvincing her as she was doing her job! Grabbed our Amazon return papers and started tossing them and throwing some away without even explaining what she was doing! Crazy!

They are always amazing, especially when they do your FedEx packaging for you cause Richmond FedEx is strictly a drop off point.

Back in October of 21, I had to print some pretty embarrassing photos and they did fantastic at being professional and private with printing from their computers using the USB I brought in. I was very appreciative of their kindness about it and I do wish I could remember the name of the employee that helped me. But she was amazing!

This is the FOURTH time this UPS store has told me I need to buy something etc to drop off my Amazon return. This NEVER happens at the stores I go to in Dayton, Middletown and greater Cincy area and Columbus.I call Amazon. Their repchecks the return and states there is no reason I am being asked to buy additional packaging. Then they tell me to keep the item and give me a refund.I really dont want or need the items and pass them on to others.I know each store is independently owned. And whoever owns this store is scamming folks in Richmond.I just found out that Kohls also takes Amazon returns with no hassles or added fees. This will now be the place to go.
