If I could give a zero star I would I opened my account to try to avoid check cashing fees with my pay check. Low and behold they placed a 7business day hold on my paycheck and now are charging me overdraft fees and continual overdraft fees because of the hold they placed and had a regular bill come out. If I had known this would happen I would have avoided usbank and gone elsewhere.

We got better service at this branch but not so much from one downtown Richmond will not go back to this one very slow service

You have to have an appointment to go inside any of the Richmond U.S. Bank Branches. The wait times in the drive thru are longer than before with the inside closed to daily access. Many people send in more than one transaction at a time when their turn comes, businesses & personal accounts alike, which can also cause delays. Having your ID ready to send in with your transaction will help move things along faster. So many things have changed due to Covid-19. Let's all be gracious with the people coming out to work in the community to help keep things going.

Id give it less reviews if possible. Has 3 teller drive ups but only one open... ON A FRIDAY!!! ALL the usbanks are closed other than this one. Why arent there any more lanes open. Just trying to pay rent.

What kind of bank doesn’t have voice mail???? I’m pretty sure I left my ID at the East Main Street location yesterday, but can’t even leave them a message asking!!!!

This branch is the worst branch of them all. I have had several issues including this bank owing me $10 for a check I deposited and I never got credit for it and the banker lied and said the computer would resolve it so after several failed attempts to resolve it I simply gave up the fight. I went thru the drive up window and the teller (her name was Brandy C.) was extremely rude! The teller NEVER greeted me and then another car pulled up after me and she was greeting them and talking to the other car. I buzzed the teller and asked if she was processing my transaction because I pulled up before the other car? She rudely said “yes I said hello†I said “no you did not†at this point the teller should of apologized or said nothing. She chirped back “yes I did†. I let that go. Next I filled out a withdraw slip completely with the last four of my checking account number ( since I have 2 and I wasn't sure of the full #) and provided my bank card and Drivers license. The same rude teller told me I had to write my full account number on the slip because she can't do it. Which is ridiculous #1 because I have worked at this same bank and know the tellers can if u provide bank card and ID #2 because every other branch in town does and #3 every other bank in town is not this difficult to deal with. I know for a fact because my boyfriend banks at WestEnd and my whole family with Chase. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service this branch offers. Due to this I am going to close my accounts and switch to another bank which is an inconvenience to me since I have been banking with usbank for several years.

So I run a small business I went into this branch and spoke to the branch manager Katie. I've been deposited $18,000 cashiers check keep in mind cashiers checks are as good as money. The check was drawn on chase bank I was told 5000 would be available the next day which wasn't available for two days. Then I was told they would hold it up till the 14th or until the funds become available. The funds have been released but the branch manager Katie refuses to let me have the other $13,000 until the 14th so my client is suffering for not getting his work done because the branch manager has personally put a hold on that. I have tried contacting district manager in customer service. I do not recommend this bank for business purposes main source bank is much better I look at having over a quarter of 1 million in my account by the end of the year I guess it will not be with this bank due to one branch manager named Katie doing as she pleases
