I love this bank. I've been a customer at USB for many years. They do what a bank does and do it well. The Banker's are fast, knowledgeable, and polite. Plus this branch is open on Saturdays.

We got better service at this branch but not so much from one downtown Richmond will not go back to this one very slow service
