“I found an item on the shelf for $3.95 whole I was at self check I mentioned to the lady that was the incorrect price, it came up as 6.95. she took it back the shelf. when I was done checking out I went back to the freezer section the item the item had been replaced no price changes had been made.i went back up to the register, told the lady about the price being 3.95 like I thought she said I know. I mentioned that I was then going to go ahead and purchase 2 items she stated that I was not... she refused to let me... and let went to the item at that time to change the price on the shelf. The items were priced at 3.95 I have a picture of the sticker... and she refused to honor the price of both item. stated that the only way I could talk to a upper management was to purchase my items and it would then have a number on my receipt. she also stated that the items now have a new price, the old price sticker has been covered up. she told me I could stand there all day, she would not honor the price that was on the shelf. pretty sad for the store manager”
“I go to the Villa point store often. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store has had issues with employee shortages but they keep working hard to provide great service. Today the store looked great”

“One of my favorite stores to go to but be ready to spend some time there if you actually want to look through things because nothing is organized but I think that's part of the appeal I can find all kinds of random Treasures that other people just looked over or didn't see because it was under a mound of unrelated items. I found some of my pieces of clothing there but sometimes it took me a while. I also like that they have a lot of stuff for dogs and random things like mugs and kitchen decor and just a core for other rooms they also carry a large amount of shoes and even things like bedding I found just all kinds of things that I love there. The workers don't really go out of their way to help you but sometimes that's nice another times it can be kind of a pain. I've stood in line for long periods of time with only one or two poor cashiers while everyone gets mad and I don't know how their systems set up or schedules that there will be what seems like plenty of other workers just here and there all over the store that never come man a register regardless of how long the line is and that can be frustrating and it leads to some customers being rude and or causing scenes in the checkout line it also frustrates the few cashiers and I've had a few times where they have come off rude to me but I've had that kind of job and can't say that I blame them in certain situations especially during busy Seasons but they also carry a lot of seasonal things and before each holiday you can stock up for cheap on decorations and things for kids if it's a holiday that you give gifts they also have the cutest front door mats and hand towels and plushie throws for almost every occasion for holiday.”
“Since 2013-2016 this has been my favorite store even for food. Staff is like family, polite, helpful, kind. Yes understaffed, need help in stocking but one of my little families favorite stores to shop.”

“This is by far the best dollar general I've ever been in....they even have a frozen food and fresh meat selection such as:pork,steak, fish, shrimp,pork chops...and much more.. 2 whole isles of frozen and fresh foods and all along the back wall aother whole section of frozen foods,almost a mini Walmart...I would rather go here for convenient items rather than Walmart also and the store employees are awesome,,always a good vibe and almost too polite but the gesture is nice...great job on whoever runs this store because if it stays how it is now it will flourish..”

“It’s just your run of the mill Dollar General. They are all basically the same, but some stores carry things that the other stores don’t. Don’t know why that is but not all stores carry the same products. Doesn’t make sense to me.”

“I go to this particular Dollar store because they have handicap parking AT THE DOOR!! One store is about one mile from my home, but has H parking several feet away from entrance. The one employee was very helpful in a friendly way. I prefer this store!”
“Very nice store. Most of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like they genuinely enjoy seeing each and every customer that walks in. The product selection is great with lots of variety of items. It's always clean and presentable. One complaint I do have is there is one cashier that is rude almost everytime I'm in there. Not just to me but to others as well. I'm not sure if it's a girl or boy but I believe it's a girl with very short curly black hair. She could use some kindness coaching. Other than that I love this store! Definitely worth checking out!”
