  1. Dollar Tree - 10007 Earl Drive

10007 Earl Drive, Saint John IN 46373

    3.7 Good 80 reviews

“The girl working tonight was awesome and I feel terrible that I didn't get her name. I was only going for 1 item and it was going to be 4 minutes before they closed when I got there. Before I drove up 15 minutes to get there, I called. I wanted to make sure they weren't closing early because most businesses store hours these days seem optional and I wanted to make sure they had what I was looking for. She had it waiting for me when I got there and suggested a couple other options that might work better for the project I was doing. Grabbed those for me and checked me out. It was a rare occurrence in the customer service industry. I was back out of the store, a happy customer, within about 3 minutes.”

I come to this location all the time and they always have everything clean and stocked well and every single employee here is friendly, which also you don’t see at many dollar stores. Whatever management is doing at this location they are doing it right, keep up the awesome work.”

In spite of initially having no power and cleaning up from the tornado that hit Indiana, the store was clean and very organized. I spoke with Assistant Manager Jim and I complimented him on the appearance of the store. You can tell that the store is under new management, because I was there about a year ago and it was a mess. Corporate please acknowledge these hardworking employees!”

“When I walked in the Dollar General, I was greeted with a sincere hello, and welome to Dollar General, not the robotic hello. I had to come on here to do a review. I overheard the phone ring, and a customer was asking if they had an item. She HAPPILY placed the customer on hold, and went to check to see if they had the item. Came back and informed the customer. I was looking for a particular item. She showed me where it should have been, but they were all out of stock. She was genuine and sincere while I was checking out. This is definitely rare these days. I told her to stay the way she is, and that it was appreciated.”

Found what I was looking for Headed to check out Was quickly greeted by a gentleman who commiserated the struggles of running a business with me (as I run my own) Keeping a handle on today’s age employees who don’t know nothing about hard work I’m assuming he was the manager Never got a name But golly me and him shot the shit about the ins and outs of managing a successful business I have plenty of confidence in today’s morning manager And I am thrilled there are still younger people out there who slave the retail grind on the weekends for the greater good of all Of us. !!
