“Fantastic shop... A+!!! Just had a spray in liner done and it turned out great. I wanted to be the first client of the day and showed up early just as did the employees. There was a slight delay from too much volume the day before a spray needed finishing that wasn't done that previous night, and my truck was finished only 30min behind schedule. “I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes.Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. Pete asked if I was there for service and I said yes. He said follow me! So I drove around to where he took me and pulled in.Pete took me in and handed me over to Brandon Lopez. I had an important appointment that I had to attend, so I needed to have a vehicle. To say that they are stretched on availability of loaner and courtesy cars is an understatement. However, Roger Buss, Tony Turco and Brandon Lopez totally went out of their way to ensure I had a way to get to my appointment.I just cannot say enough about how great this group is!
