I came in panicking, thinking my battery was installed backwards for silly reasons, although I had been experiencing electrical problems. I was moving my battery to start my car.
He immediately came and checked it out for me. He actually discovered my battery was not fully connected at all. When I say Jim is an ANGEL, I mean it!
He went above and beyond to help me in every way. The other staff members were just as awesome! I highly recommend this location<3

I would give Jaylen (sp?) and Willy max stars. As you know the weather in NW IN caused massive electrical outages - and damage for many. These guys were without power for a week and still got me in and out in 3 days with a Spindle, Rotor, Brakes, Re-Pack, etc on my 2 axle Built-Rite Stackable.
Saved my bacon as I lost a wheel, rotor, etc coming off 80/94 @ Indianapolis Blvd (US 41). Needed to be on the road the following weekend and they gave my days to spare.
Now in NW Alabama and all has worked tremendously.
I highly recommend !!”

“Dave did a great job. I had a major job with insurance and a rental car involved. He experienced a lot of delays with back ordering on parts and other items that delayed the completion, but he and the shop communicated with me and the insurance company. In the end, the work was great and he went above and beyond on a few extra details. There was a minor issue after I picked up my vehicle that he promptly fixed the next day. He is not finished until you are satisfied. Thank you!”

“I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes.Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. Pete asked if I was there for service and I said yes. He said follow me! So I drove around to where he took me and pulled in.Pete took me in and handed me over to Brandon Lopez. I had an important appointment that I had to attend, so I needed to have a vehicle. To say that they are stretched on availability of loaner and courtesy cars is an understatement. However, Roger Buss, Tony Turco and Brandon Lopez totally went out of their way to ensure I had a way to get to my appointment.I just cannot say enough about how great this group is! However, I would highly recommend securing your financing elsewhere. Even with a credit score over 850 and cash to pay over half the car’s value, the best their finance department could do was 7.8%, on a car still under warranty.
Overall, it was a good experience.”

“I never really write reviews but I honestly had to with how good of service this shop is. I had taken in my car for a new mirror replacement and a bumper fix they did both in 2 hrs and it was affordable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is need of getting their car fixed 10/10”
