“I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes.Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. Pete asked if I was there for service and I said yes. He said follow me! So I drove around to where he took me and pulled in.Pete took me in and handed me over to Brandon Lopez. I had an important appointment that I had to attend, so I needed to have a vehicle. To say that they are stretched on availability of loaner and courtesy cars is an understatement. However, Roger Buss, Tony Turco and Brandon Lopez totally went out of their way to ensure I had a way to get to my appointment.I just cannot say enough about how great this group is! “i have a 2012 dodge caravan that i use for work (postal service) and boro is my favorite repairman. i drive 75 miles a day and deliver to 700 houses, useing my brake and gas for 8 hours. so the wear and tear is guaranteed. i live in lafayette which is 1 hour and 30 min from bc auto so that tells you something. i will literally drive or have my van towed to him for repair.he is honest and straight forward with diganostics and very quick repairing. like i said i use my vehicle for work so if its not fixed i cant work. so he will take 1 day of a large task due to urgency of getting back to work.i highly recommend you make that trip if you wanna keep driving your vehicle.”
