“The young Hispanic woman at the cashier was an absolute superstar. So personable and helpful. Very encouraging to her other associate working the floor and helping her do other tasks. She had a huge line and was getting everyone out so fast. Genuinely so nice and welcoming. Very disarming. I made sure I let her know when I got to the register as well. I did the survey on the receipt as well to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Please make sure to give her a raise or promotion. Both is what she really deserves. You all should be very grateful to have her as a team member. She’ll be the reason you have a lot more returning and HAPPY customers. Get her to train other employees too!
