She was personable, engaging, and gave alot of advice for finding cases, screen protectors, etc. for phones that are newly released. We had to be there for over an hour for the services but it didn't feel like it.”
“10/10 service. Friendly people , was there to change my wifi plan and get the free phone service the young lady recommended me a while ago. Saved me big money! Well to cut the story short I walked out saving myself 150$! Reina Jada Edgar the whole team was just amazing ! You can tell they love what they do! Nice to still see people enjoying their job ?! Was in there for maybe 40 minutes had to set a phone up but I didn’t mind! They even transferred all of my information! It didn’t even feel like I was there that long with how great their service was! That young man Derryl had jokes after jokes truly a funny guy! Now look I’m a 50 year old veteran I’m not to tech savvy I could not get a “transfer pin” to save my life! But their manager Alexis was quick to help and save my day! “Eddie, the sales associate at this location, was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond what any other sales person might do. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. If you are in the market for a cheaper alternative and yet still desire the best in customer care, Go see Eddie. He will get you taken care of.”

“Bee was so appreciated. I went in on my break yesterday since I worked across the street and needed to transfer over from Verizon. Super informative and personable. I had to leave before we could finish porting my number over, but when I went back in this evening and it was nice to have the same great customer service. Was automatically greeted, put in the queue and was asked if I needed a seat since there seemed to be a rush going on at the time. All the staff this evening were very accommodating. Had some good laughs with the staff. Keep it up. That’s rare to have in customer service.”
“My phone needed replaced I moved to an Iiphone for the first time. It was a good deal and affordable plan there. Manager Ralph set me up and helped me get used to using the iPhone. He did a very fine job servicing my needs in a crisis since I suddenly broke my phone and had an immediate need for my business and personal use.”
“My experience in the past has been really great, up until today, the 25th of February. Branden has been professional, but the young lady with the small twists/dreads that wears glasses, (I can’t properly pronounce her name, but it starts with an “A” and she’s AM) she needs training in professionalism and learning to handle difficult customers such as myself. Her demeanor was a bit off since the day before, but I bypassed it for the sake of service.
I’ll continue working with Branden, but the young lady I don’t want to do any transactions with her moving forward.”

“They have a kiosk ???, which makes it easier to make payments and staff can attend other customers. Not a lot of parking but easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back to use their kiosk for payments.”
“I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!”

She was the kindest most patient most considerate explained everything all the benefits any drawbacks everything she was very patient she treated other customers fairly as I saw she was helping a few people and a very positive she would be one of my most valuable employees if I had a business very very efficient I believe she could go very highly in a position hire even than that she knows how to talk to people and I don't mean lie I mean she knows how to explain things without seeming demeaning she's just a real gem I will ask for her when I buy all four of my sons their graduation presents from the Verizon store there so thank you for hiring such a girl”
