“Let me start off by saying, I've been going to Ross Family for years. No problem with any Dr.'s or staff. But one in particular. The young lady that works today Friday the 18th. She is awful and doesn't has any compassion. Slow and inconsiderate. No air or fans. Conducting people personal business on preaker phone. She needs to stay in the back. Having people stand and wait. Didn't address the standing patients which was standing to get signed in. When she finally finish with the phone call.. she had the nerve to tell my daughter she was late. I told sno ma'am. You wasn't paying attention to nobody only the phone convo. IM SO HOT AND ?”
