I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation on Friday. I was there from 10:30‐1, when I was finally handed my keys. They "washed" the car which still had bugs on the front, hood and side mirrors. It takes me 45 minutes each way to get my car there for service. So 4 hours out of my day, then today, I did not drive my car this weekend, so Monday, my tire pressure light is on and my tire pressure is off in every tire. This is the 2nd time I've taken my car here for "service" and my car has to be taken back to get fixed. I would never recommend going here. Total disappointment and I'm tired of the incompetence.Services: General repairs & maintenance

emekagood for sales. service experience awful. could not even clean my car ater i had just spent over 3k on a service, said they only had 1 valet, and acted as if i was a nuisance, pity they are the only dealership close to munster!!!

My wife put down a very heavy amount as a down payment, I hate I didn't accompany her during this purchase. This was her 3rd vehicle 2nd time purchasing a Benz.The sales woman was very professional, but not a woman of her word, and a lier, she manipulated my wife into believing she was getting a good deal with the amount she put down.Sold a hoop dream and used her blk girl magic sista hood approach to make my wife feel comfortable with doing business with her, and her only. And that's another story, I don't like when people use their experience to swindle people into believing they have their best interest at heart. They sold my wife a truck that needed tires. and a battery, and multiple paint defects, once I went over everything with my wife and did a inspection on the truck, I was upset and disappointed, after the holiday weekend I called to schedule service. Well that's was the most professional phone call I received until I stepped in and was seen, we dropped off the vehicle of course they couldn't give use tires now it's under warranty, they didn't change the battery just a good wax job and they cut the codes off.Since my wife was lied to about getting serviced by the dealer that sold her the vehicle, and when she went last week to take it in the gentleman in the service department didn't even look up to greet her but started talking, so this is how we are treating black customers, using a black face to lure in people you really don't wanna deal with. We will never return nor refer anyone to that location, there's more but if your reading you got my point.

Purchased a CPO flagship model Mercedes from this dealership. When we pointed out issues that needed to be addressed we were reminded by the salesman multiple times "don't forget this is a used vehicle." Yes - I am very well aware of that, but as a dealership, you are supposed to put in at least the very basic effort into reconditioning a vehicle for resale. Not asking for over the top, but at least a decent job of cleaning the vehicle, which was not even done correctly. Car was still dirty after we had them re-clean the vehicle twice.. CPO warranty items were marked as completed, when several items clearly were not performed. When confronted about the service items that were either never performed in the first place or performed poorly, basically just got a shrug from the sales department. They are used to selling vehicles to people who probably don't look into it. Tried to contact the service department on multiple occasions to discuss CPO, never to get any call back. Once they have your money, you'll get blown off. As a result of the vehicle not being serviced properly, we began to have issues within the first week. Very disappointing for a vehicle with only 30k miles. On top of that, I've found some of the posted 5 star reviews to be posted by their own people - reviewers have one single post with familiar names. Talk about deceptive.. The car is a gem but the dealership experience was not.

I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes.Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. Pete asked if I was there for service and I said yes. He said follow me! So I drove around to where he took me and pulled in.Pete took me in and handed me over to Brandon Lopez. I had an important appointment that I had to attend, so I needed to have a vehicle. To say that they are stretched on availability of loaner and courtesy cars is an understatement. However, Roger Buss, Tony Turco and Brandon Lopez totally went out of their way to ensure I had a way to get to my appointment.I just cannot say enough about how great this group is! Our car buying process was very smooth, unhurried and did not ever feel any pressure in any way. I credit this to the excellent team at Napleton Mercedes starting with Natalie Lombardo, Roger Buss, Jeff & Tony. In my opinion the team was well prepared, did extensive research and had an incredible knowledge about my car since it was one of the newest models. If not for Natalie & co. I would not have my dream car delivered just in time for the holidays. Thank you to a wonderful team. Well done guys.

But of mixed feelings about this dealership. Jr was my service representative and he was very helpful and timely in answering my questions and getting my vehicle scheduled. All of the people there when I picked up my car were friendly as well. However, when I got the bill for service, I thought something was off. Not sure if they assumed that because I'm a woman that I wouldn't know any better, but nearly $800 to replace one radiator hose seems too much, even for a high end dealership. I called to inquire as to why the price was so high, and all of the sudden when I started asking questions I get a "managers discount". I still think I paid too much for the service but I was just happy to have my car back.

Juan was awesome! Highly recommend going to see him. All the others seemed really nice as well. But I will recommend Juan for anyone looking or ready to buy a vehicle.

My mother had put a down payment on a customer ordered vehicle. She owns a real estate company and works 80 hours a week. We were told to come in at 2:30 to finish signing paperwork; we've been here for TWO hours! Next time we will just go to Illinois! I expected a lot more from a "high end" dealership. This isn't Ford.

I was in the market for a new compact SUV. I had the Lexus RH450 for 7 years, and wanted to try something new. I contacted the dealership to educated myself on the GLC300. After speaking with Tony and Jim, they brought one to my house to drive! I loved it, they explained all of my options to purchase the car, the benefits of their dealership- service pick up and drop off, and the overall reliability of Mercedes Benz. I wish I had read to reviews prior to purchasing a car here. Our salesman Juan was great, but it ended there. We purchased our car nearly 3 weeks ago and have only had it in our possession for 3 days. The first day it was driven, it leaked a puddle of fluid in our driveway. The car had to be towed back to the dealership because it was not drive-able. No one returned calls on what the status was with our vehicle, so my husband went there after work to see what was going on. Junior, the service writer, was EXTREMELY rude and told my husband that there were 12 cars ahead of us that needed to be worked on first. Once the service manager got involved, he assured us it would be taken care of right away. That was two days ago, and suddenly every time we call he's out of the office or "busy". Save yourself money and a headache and DO NOT GO HERE!

They do excellent job but their finese is poor.........no after job inspection. Your radio/electronics will be disconnected and nobody will notice. Your electrical console are left unclosed/uncovered. They give you another appointment like you have nothing else to do.
