“I went to the new Albany store and they didn't have the part I needed, but the dude that waited on me immediately got on his computer and found the part at the store at sellersburg store for me so I asked about another part and he found that one at the Clarksville store , I didn't get his name but he was extremely friendly and very helpful, I'll revisit in the future because of his service and pleasant attitude attitude”
“My recent service with Jim O'Neal Ford was flawless. I made the appointment with the date and time I wanted. My appointment started early and was performed on time. After the service, my car was returned to where I dropped it off. The service manager and cashier were friendly. I have been going to Jim O'Neal for several years, and I have always had flawless service. Living in a metropolitan area, I have several service options, but I prefer to drive 30 minutes to Jim O'Neal Ford.”

“I was not planning on leaving a review but I guess I should. I will try to keep this short. I didn't spend a lot of money but you all had what I needed. My daughter had an oil change done and also asked the repair place to please check her Heat. Her AC was fine, Blower fine, just no heat. Taking 40+ minutes to defog the window. The repair place quoted her $1500 saying she had a coolant leak in the Central Gasket? What is that? Her car had no leaks and needed an $8 Thermostat and Flush, so a gallon of Anti-freeze $14.”
“Parts department new what they were doing even when my brother and I didn't we got the right parts to do the job we were doing and I enjoyed my visit with Mr. Jacobi at the Sellersburg store. Nice collection of International Harvester items. 5 ?”
“I work down the road and have dealt with Marcus a few times, he's a really cool guy that tells you how it is and that's why he has a low rating because people cant deal with how straight forward he is. He's got an awesome collection of cars which show the quality of work he does.”
“Arrived at the store a little before 9am only to find out that there are "new store hours" opening at 9am and not 8am as the website and Google maps state. Being as it is a hike to get to their store, I think the courtesy of updating their website and Google would have been an amazing act of kindness and courtesy to their loyal customers.”
