“I had a very pleasant experience especially from the the teller i believe his name was koby very sweet always had a smile throughout the appointment and helped ke through with opening my account was nervous cause i was downgrading from chase but the experience made it feel 10 times better thank you koby and key-bank for letting me know i made a good choice ….ps who ever was coughing that day hopefully got better and took medicine”

“I only gave 4 stars because I have tried to call the office several times to speak to an employee. When pressing 5 for other options or to try to speak to an employee, nothing happens. My card has been hacked and I can't reach anyone. I'll have to go to the bank in person. Thankfully, the corporate office caught it and my card has been canceled. But I ought to be able to call my bank. They have the phone system set to where you can't talk to anyone. That should be changed.”
