She was kind and courteous and even allowed me to joke and banter with her.Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone, and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me.I'm grateful for my time at CFBI, and I'm very impressed with the service and resources they have available. I love their approachable and dedicated commitment to our local community.”

“I was in Indiana for a work event. I showed up 2 minutes before they closed and was still assisted. Although they weren't able to help me resolve my issue immediately, Todd called me the next day twice and the day after that until I was able to answer the phone. “I can narrow this down to one word: convenience. -Great location on 146th. Not to mention it's right around the corner from my house -Three spaces for drive-thru services. One is an ATM, the other two are that pneumatic tube thing (yes, I did look up what it was called). Bonus- take your pup through and he/she might be given a little treat -24-hour surveillance ATM just inside the doors. It's very well lit, so this provides a lot of security I haven't been inside since I got my first debit card way back in high school, so I can't say a whole lot about that. Be careful in the surrounding parking lot- it's always nutso with traffic and pedestrians racing to get their Chipotle next door.”

“As I pulled into the parking lot of the local First Merchants Bank, there was plenty of parking with disabled parking available. I entered the bank and it was clean and tidy with a warm happy inviting feelingI I was given a warm welcome by the staff. There was an operational coin counting machine for customers convenience. The waiting area was set up like a living room with a rug, Large TV, comfortable chairs, coffee table with plenty of light. I have dogs and they enjoy going through the drive-thru as the tellers give them a treat!! I love the home town feel when I Bank with First Merchants Bank. They surely earned their five star review!”

“This is hands down the best BMO Harris Bank branch I've ever been to. I've been with Harris for decades; originally up in Chicago and now transplanted down in Westfield. I initially visited various BMO's in teh area to get a feel for their customer service and willingness to help me on specific things with my accounts. When I came to the BMO at Greyhound Plaza (near Best Buy and Barnes & Noble) I met Carolyn Linville, the Branch Manager, and she made me feel so at home, being new to the state and city. She showed a level of customer care that I have never seen at a bank before or since. Carolyn and her entire team are all very friendly and even though I do most of my banking via my smartphone, I do like to stop in and check up on my accounts now and then simply because I know that everyone there says hi to me, knows me as more than just an account number, and are invested in genuine conversations with me about my life. Carolyn never pushes sales on me, but always has the recommendations for me when she knows there's a potential need on my end. She hooked me up with Keith, a BMO Investment Banker, and now, for the first time ever, I have money invested into a plan towards my retirement... something I never thought I would or could have. I cannot tell you how beyond please I am with Carolyn, her team, and this branch overall. They've made me feel like BMO cares about me as someone who trusts them with my money and also as a person. Thank you Carolyn... you're the best!!”
