Donna helped me and walked me through the whole experience and made me feel very comfortable. She advised me just like I was a family member and that means a lot to me. I am almost 76 years old and my grandparents dealt with the first bank of Mishawaka, which later turned out to be 1st Source and I have been dealing with 1st Source since then.

Convenient, and the staff is so wonderful. A trusted bank. Marcus is very helpful with our needs. The bank tellers and communications are rated a 10 star. I was able to get my transaction taken care of in 10 minutes despite there being a line of 4 people when I entered. One employee went to the counter when she noticed the line overwhelming the two tellers working.

Charge monthly fees, and not easy to reset passwords. If recent deposit amount is wrong even by one penny they will not let you reset password, so dumb.
