Not only did he match the color perfectly (for an old car with discontinued leather I might add), but he also saved me a good deal of money suggesting vinyl, which is more durable and cheaper too. Not only did he go above and beyond to get me the best deal, At no point throughout the purchase process, I felt like I was in a conventional car dealership getting bombarded with extra unnecessary add-ons, or the sales person going back-and-forth to talk to their manager and coming back. For my future car needs I will keep coming back with them as long as I’m in the area. And I will also recommend my colleagues to come to their Dealership to get the best deals on BMWs, and to have an amazing experience. Ken boss, Chad Hurley was also very accommodating. They both went above and beyond to make my car purchase happen the way I wanted it and they even came on a holiday to the dealership to finalize the purchase for me so that I could come and pick it up on my schedule. And for my trade-in car they gave me fair market KBB price.”

“I took my car into the Avenue Automotive Repair Shop on Mishawaka Avenue because all of a sudden, my car sounded like a stock car. They managed to get me on their schedule the very next day which made us very happy. Well, late Friday, I called to check on the status of my car and Bob told me that my car had a slight exhaust leak which Bob said that he couldn’t send the car out unless everything was right. Well, it took Bob all of Monday to resolve the slight exhaust leak but he wouldn’t return it to us unless it was running like it was supposed to.We appreciate his concern for perfection.It is very nice to have a local car repair business that you can trust and is reasonable. I was getting so much run around. A place in Illinois let me wait all day planning to make the trip out before calling to let me know they couldn't find it. Enter Jenn. When she answered the phone at Auto Parts City, the level of customer service I received let me know that I was dealing with a real professional. She wasnt in a rush to get off the phone like so many folks in this industry who act like you're wasting their time calling about a part.Her communication and punctuality in getting back to me, sending pictures of the part, and even arranging to put it aside so I could pick up after hours (and a long drive from Cleveland) saved a $5000 job for my shop.
