“We came in a day before 4th of July, driving our only vehicle with very bad front suspension issues. Within 2 hrs we were back on the road feeling blessed in our Impala ? we were interested in a diff vehicle but when we came back from test drive they were not fully confident in the performance of it do to a few things and was completely honest about it and helped us get into this Impala that turns out to be more comfortable for me than the other would have. They worked with what we had and then some! The pure honesty of the other vehicle and him not feeling comfortable selling it was the best! They care about their customers not just the cash! “These folks really made a difference for me this week. I was searching for a hard to find drive shaft, and was calling yard after yard that were advertising on a popular parts search. I was getting so much run around. A place in Illinois let me wait all day planning to make the trip out before calling to let me know they couldn't find it. Enter Jenn. When she answered the phone at Auto Parts City, the level of customer service I received let me know that I was dealing with a real professional. She wasnt in a rush to get off the phone like so many folks in this industry who act like you're wasting their time calling about a part.Her communication and punctuality in getting back to me, sending pictures of the part, and even arranging to put it aside so I could pick up after hours (and a long drive from Cleveland) saved a $5000 job for my shop. Today her customer service enabled me to maintain mine! When I am sorting through the search results in the future I will always remember that Kowalski Auto Parts City is an A1 yard to work with! Bought his 2002 same model 20,000 miles for same price! plus of course sales tax.Drove me to bank to get cashiers check. Rounded up someone to drive it right home to Kalamazoo for token fee,&I drove "em right back. Recommend it.”
