deposit online with debit card. Could not use reservation because we didn't have major credit card to pay deposit. Have used Budget for years and never had this happen. We're left stranded st airport at 11:30 at night.

Absolutely filthy car- chewed food on the floor, clearly has had some crashes (tire wheel not fully set to the car)

Reserved a car 2 weeks before it was needed showed up to get the car on time and have waited over an hour for the vehicle! What is the point of reserving it!!
