I felt like a VIP. I submitted all my info and documents online so when I arrived they confirmed my name and handed me my keys. I was at the counter less than 2 mins

Always a great experience with enterprise and their service! Just had a minor issue with the navigation screen of the vehicle that was given to me. At times it froze up or turned off, giving a black screen. Preventing me to play music or use the CarPlay feature. No fault of theirs, but the car drove great and was clean!

This location has the BEST customer service! Curtis made our pick up and drop off super easy and is the best rep I have ever worked with! He was so friendly, funny and just made our day!
