The staff is generally helpful, pleasant, and professional, with trained employees who are patient and knowledgeable in handling matters like Medicare. While some note that staffing levels can be lower, the service remains reliable. Most complaints are viewed as unrealistic expectations from customers. The pharmacy techs are professional, though occasional pronunciation errors with medication names have been noted.
They no longer carry glass picture frames. FYI but the staff was helpful and nice!

There was an error on one of my medications. When I went to the drop-off window, the pharmacist took the time to check and verify my issues. She cleared the error. I was able to pick up my meds in less than 15 minutes! Thank you!
