This has been the worst experience with Enterprise. I would never rent from them again. The worker suggested adding a note to my file about calling me before my card is charged because she was confused about my rental agreement since my insurance was paying for my rental. The store manager and I had some problems because he was trying to figure out payment but it wasn’t making sense. Once we both were on the same page he would call before charging my card. So instead of him saying he made a mistake he kept trying to make up excuses as to why my card was charged 300 dollars when the insurance is paying for my rental. I was under the impression my insurance had sent over the extension. I called customer service and she informed me enterprise was suppose to send my insurance company an extension form. The branch manager kept saying the contract authorizes them to charge my card. Now you say that because you made a mistake and didn’t want to own up to it because if that was the case it authorized you to charge it the last three times when you called before charging my card.

Enterprise rental Car on Michigan Street in South Bend Indiana is great. They have what i need on a moments notice. They are friendly and explain details. I have used from this location seversl times.

This location is at the airport South bend ..my forever man rented a car and got a 2023 Nissan Maxima which ran AWESOME....it was a line when we arrived to pick up the car but the staff was fast and.on their feet...I was in and out in about 30 mins due to the car being cleaned and sanitized which I'm all for...kudos...

We have rented cars from this particular location in the past and it's an alright experience. We got a compact car.We were directed to go here through our insurance after a claim. They did not offer any options other than the one they had and said it was due to so many out of town people who had come to town for the Notre Dame game.We understood but still asked for an SUV since that was the equivalent to what we had.They said they'd have some soon and would contact us when once became available. we went about 4-6 days with the compact and still no SUV.Which was very inconvenient wince we all have SUVs because we NEED the space for work travel and that's where we fit in orders and transport supplies

Our Enterprise consultant, Magnus, was friendly, informed, thorough, answered all of our questions and receptive. He was present when we first rented the vehicle and when we returned. He remembered us, which was very nice. All in all, A VERY positive experience. We will continue to rent from this location in South Bend whenever we visit there again.

Everyone was fabulous! From the time I walked in the door until the return process. And I received exactly what I reserved. It was ready at open. Totally professional, we were actually met with greetings, smiles, an welcomed to Enterprise. Wow, other branches should take note! This is about local branch operations "Team - Customer Service" This is why I drive from a neighboring city to this branch. It is worth the drive to get to this location. Jair Rodgers went out of his way from the reservation process to the return. Honestly, Everyone else there was the same, there were no weak links, from the front counter to the garage bay. Thank you from our ? much Love to this Branch!

We needed to rent a car during the holiday airline meltdown. After a nightmare of a day trying to make a one way reservation, I found this enterprise. Mitch Warner was a rock star, and saved our vacation. I highly recommend this location because of their excellent customer service.

The lady that works there is rude, The two guy's are very good with customer service and handling problems, But the car's are a whole different problem, The first car looked great clean and fresh but it was a gas problem I put 55 dollars in the first car only had it for three day's that was a no no so I returned it and the employee had me switch to a different vehicle. The vehicle stank so bad I didn't even drive the damn car, My whole weekend for the holiday was crazy but I did like the fact that the employees put a sanitized wipe in the car. If you are getting a car please look, smell and wipe before you leave the parking lot, Will I go back maybe but hopefully I don't need to.

I received great customer service, as I have in previous visits to this location. In addition, I witnessed the team working with a very difficult customer, who, quite frankly, had their mind set on being unhappy. The team did a great job trying to work through the situation. I will use this location again due to the people there, though it is not the closest rental provider to my home. Thank you to the team!

Very poor customer service. Gotten a rental through them failed to tell me that progressive wouldn't pay some of the charges. The rental was supposed to be fully paid for up until October 8th of 2022. Even with having insurance and having a claim through another insurance for them fixing my truck. They refuse to work with you on any type of payment
