I don't have an account here but I cash a check every month from a client who does, And they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful and sometimes even wave the check cashing fee. Keep up the Good Service Guys !

Moved to south bend a couple years ago and rarely have to go into the bank but will probably be closing all my accounts just to avoid the ghetto door setup when I do have to get to a physical bank

Short staffed, longer wait times. 1 person usually works front counter and drive-thru.,, So neither way is faster than the other. This was before pandemic and currently 11/01/2021
