“Have went to this branch several times, every time the tellers are really nice and give treats to the kids when they come. Have went to this specific branch location for resolution on several issues I had with other branches. I also went here recently to do a transaction and my vehicle wouldn’t start back up. I rolled it to a parking spot and a couple of minutes later the branch manager came out to check on us. She offered for us to come in the branch with all of my kids to wait for the tow truck. She offered refreshments even for all of us! This branch always goes above and beyond customer service and our family really appreciates it especially when I haven’t liked the transition from Wells Fargo I continue to be a customer because of this branch! So way to go!!!”

“Yesterday I went into this branch to see about a loan check I received in the mail. Chikita W (I do apologize if I spelled her name wrong) helped me. I only write reviews if the individual absolutely deserves the praise. She was absolutely lovely and kind in every way. She helped me without missing a beat and had the most beautiful personality. The world needs more Chikita's I can testify to that.

“I recently had a fraudulent experience with my accounts at 1st Source Bank. I was very impressed with the way the bank handled it. I did not lose any money in this transaction, and new accounts were opened to protect me in the future. They also required that I have the computer screened to make sure that the fraudsters could not get back in, in the future. I feel very safe banking with 1st Source after this experience.
