Julius and Jason with the help of Madison at the return desk were able to be more understanding and helpful. Rather than shutting down a customer inquiry they listened and walked through where they did not have to, but still did. Will be making the extra time to go to a Lowe’s that cares for their customers!!!!!”

He immediately jumped into action by setting me up with his window subcontractor.They came out the next day and I had them installed without any issue. Contractor took a little less than 4hrs and I. Ow have two new Simonton vinyl windows. Thank you Big C and Scott for your quick response to our needs.”
