“Went to Lowe’s to buy outside lighting for my new garage. Lights I wanted were on the top shelf out of reach. I waited, no help. I called the store and asked for help, no one came. I headed to Menards the exact opposite experience, too much help at one point, but I left with the new garage lights and a feeling of excitement and not disappointment.
I like that they have older folks working the sales floor. Seems they care about what they are there to do. Great experience”

I was greeted and helped by 2 employees (males) They were both SO helpful! I cant remember names!?
But wow! They were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond on helping me with the 2 different materials for two different projects.

“This place is old fashioned. The people come right up to you when you walk in the door asking how they can help. The all seem to have great knowledge in all of the trades. I have been in the trades for the last 10 year and I will come here whenever I need help thinking through a plumbing or electrical issue. 10/10”
