“This place is old fashioned. The people come right up to you when you walk in the door asking how they can help. The all seem to have great knowledge in all of the trades. I have been in the trades for the last 10 year and I will come here whenever I need help thinking through a plumbing or electrical issue. 10/10”

“K Wood Products has once again proven to be a reliable resource. While many may overlook the local neighborhood shop that provides quick access to essential items, I would like to highlight my positive experience with K-Wood Products. In today's fast-paced world, it can be challenging to find the time to search for the best prices for repairs that can be costly. Jim and Janet, the owners of K-Wood Products, welcomed me warmly and took the time to understand my needs, providing pictures and samples to aid in my decision-making process. I appreciated the fact that they did not pressure me into making a purchase. In contrast, my experience with a big-box store was less than satisfactory, with the staff seemingly more interested in their personal activities than assisting customers. After comparing prices and quality, I found that K-Wood Products exceeded my expectations. The entire process, from initial consultation to delivery and installation, was seamless. The staff were punctual, courteous, and ensured that I was satisfied with the final result. When I realized I had forgotten an essential item, a simple phone call to the shop resolved the issue promptly. I was impressed by the exceptional customer service and the company's commitment to supporting local charities, including baseball teams, the 4-H program, and families in need. Overall, I highly recommend K-Wood Products for their outstanding service, quality products, and community involvement.”

“Great selection of products. Very helpful staff. For either DIY or professional maintenance and repair, they have everything you need. I lost a bolt from my wheelie bar and went to 3 other big box stores who didn't even come close. But Ace saved the day. Next time I'll start there and save time!”

“I called today to get a few receipts and I did not have much information to go on to search for. Nate took my call and from the start he was very helpful and personable. He never made me feel bad for needing these. He helped me find all 4 of the receipts I was missing and emailed them over to me. I wanted to say thank you for making a stressful situation on my end so easy and pleasant!”

“Customer service is always a great strong point of lowes. I was greeted walking in the door, asked if I needed help finding anything. I was in and out within 10 minutes with their help.”

“My husband and I are first timers in plumbing projects. We went here today and ran into a worker named Tiion? When I tell you he was a godsend. He knew his department and helped us not only get everything we needed but made it simple to understand exactly what we would have to do. Thanks so much for helping out, clueless in South Bend 😀 Great visit today again went for paint and the girl in that department was super helpful. I love shopping here.”

“Let me tell you this Lowe’s specifically has gone above and beyond for their customers!!!! Julius and Jason with the help of Madison at the return desk were able to be more understanding and helpful. Rather than shutting down a customer inquiry they listened and walked through where they did not have to, but still did. Will be making the extra time to go to a Lowe’s that cares for their customers!!!!!”
