Great banking institution. I highly recommend. Teresa Vargas at the Portage branch upgraded my credit card from a classic card to a rewards card AND got me approved to double my limit. Needless to say I left very happy.

Braiden from Portage branch had been our person for couple of years now. He is so awesome! He helped us out at any time and every way possible! He is kind and has great customer service skills. He is one of the main reasons we still bank with ND inspire of living way far from South Bend and having no ND branch in 80 miles.
