We feel so unbelievably fortunate to have found East Bank Learning Center—it quickly became a second home for our kids and a source of comfort and reassurance for us as parents.

From day one, the teachers and staff at EBLC showed such kindness, patience, and understanding. Our children have unique needs, and the team was always available, supportive, and willing to meet them where they were. It made all the difference. We also felt welcomed by the broader EBLC community—other parents and children who made us feel like we belonged.

Leaving South Bend was incredibly emotional but Lisa and the entire EBLC team not only gave our children everything they needed during this important stage of their lives—they also made our transition back home a little easier by sending us off with love and care.

“We sent my baby sister hear for head start. She was always welcomed and seemed to have learned a lot.They also held a small ceremony for the kiddos at the send of the year with graduate caps and i believe that was a nice touch to help kids see their goal was accomplished!”

They can't stop talking about their friends and all the things they play. The staff keeps parents informed very well, through emails and the LifeCubby app which includes pictures. And they handle all things sickness and injuries and allergies very well! Definitely thankful the Build, Learn, Grow Scholarship is applicable here!”
