U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers efficient vehicle rental services with helpful, professional, and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the prompt and thorough assistance, especially when facing issues like broken locks. The business is known for its courteous service and quick process, ensuring customers get their rentals smoothly. While the location has good service, some wish the hours were longer, as access is currently from 7 am to 9 pm. Overall, it provides very good service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
The staff was very helpful and rental process was smooth. The only thing I observed was a leakage when it was raining, somewhere around the mom’s attic sections. Other than that, the overall service was excellent.
