Rented a truck for 24 hrs when I returned it there was no key drop off box and no signs directing where too drop the key off there should be given there is a fee for lost or stolen keys other then that the truck worked well

Very helpful staff! We arrived 5 mins till close with a broken l9ck that the staff had to cut off for us to leave the trailer. Thank you so much for your help!

My fiance rented a truck for a day (paid the $160) and my sister needed to use it the next day so they gave the company their information so my fiance wouldn't be charged for having it an extra day, my sister then dropped it back off. That was about a week ago. They just took $160 from my fiance account.

Rented a truck on 12/31/2022 and had it until 01/01/2022 and they charged me $ 110 for after they said the truck was 49.00 for24 hours and 15 miles he said I went 40 mile which is 25 miles over but its 0.99 a mile which would be 25 or $26 on top of 49.00 plus 26.00 plus 10.00 for a dolly they where rude and never gave me all my money back they said I kept it for a extra day but I only had it for 24 hours
